Processing capability
- Centrifuge, de-hydrators, and chemical treatment capability to recover products.
- Boilers, mix tanks, and insulated tanks on-site.
- 7,500 square foot warehouse for storage and 12,000 feet of concrete containment.
- 9,000 gallon heated drop pit with mixing stingers (sludge processing).
- Onsite frac tank and mud tank wash service available.
- United reclaims crude oil and condensate from high BS&W streams.
- United has the capacity to handle up to 1200 bbls per day, 7 days a week.

How crude oil is reclaimed at the plant
Trucks bring in liquids and sludge. Sludge goes through the process sump and liquids are pumped straight to the storage tank. From there the material is heated in a process tank and run through a separator. Out come crude oil, water and solids.

- Loading and unloading. Liquids and sludges with over 30% recoverable oil arrive by truck. Sludges go into the process sump; liquids are pumped straight to the storage tank.
- Storage and process tanks. Pumped to storage, then heated in the process tank by the gas-fired hot oil heater.
- Separator. Crude oil out. Solids to E&P solids disposal. Water to salt water disposal.
